Comment on my blog and get a link to your latest post
One of the measures of a blogs success is the number of comments each post receives. Getting your RSS readers to come and comment on your blog is also very important when that number starts adding up. As I explained in this post, there are also many other good reasons for you to comment on blogs.
So I read about this plugin over at Caroline Middlebrook, called CommentLuv. I have to admit I think its a great plugin. Not only is it beneficial for the person leaving the comment, but also as a source of new information for your readers.
You can download CommentLuv here. Installation is very easy, all you have to do is upload and activate it. That´s all there is to it! And like I said, it´s as useful for the reader as it is for the person leaving the comment. If you have a lot of readers its also a great way for you to get to know their blogs better.
CommentLuv works by searching for the RSS feed of the blog URL you put in when leaving your comment. It will then put a link at the end of your comment with the title of the most recent post on your blog. I just finished the plugin, and everything seems to be working fine, so feel free to test it out. If you notice anything funny please let me know through the contact form.

The CommentLuv plug-in is very cool. I may start using it. But what really made me comment was the cartoon picture. That is too funny. Great stuff.

It’s a real shame that there isn’t some sort of service that can do this on Blogger by providing some sort of js code to add to your template. If there was, I’d be signed up and adding it to all my Blogger blogs.
There is no reason why we shouldn’t be able to share the link love too.
