The blogosphere is full of people reporting their incomes for the month of June, from bloggers making only a few dollars a month, up to the famous John Chow and his $12 569 profit from his blog in June. I took a little longer to chime in because I was counting the money In all seriousness, my numbers are an approximation since I don´t have much time on my hands to do monthly totals.

Domain Parking: $1500
Adsense: $1200
Affiliate programs: $2600
Miscellaneous: $700

Total: $11700

My biggest drop-off was on ebay, mostly do to the time that I have been spending on the 5 blogs I started over the last 6 weeks, which marked my entrance into blogging. Either way, the summer usually brings some slowdown, since people spend a lot more time outdoors, and the value of the Adsense and parked domain clicks also drops since there is less money spent on advertising at this time of the year. The revenue fall wasn´t worse because I did increase the number of sites I have, both mini-sites and parked domains. I also want to point out that this is my total profit from working from home, and not my blog revenue as is the case with Jonh Chow. You should also notice that there are no get rich quick schemes. You should actually look at these numbers and think “if he can do it, so can I!” As you have surely already noticed, I can not write well, I don´t have much of a clue about html, php, or any of those things. I even have to admit that most of the websites I built are “ugly”. And when I started making money from home over 3 years ago, I didn´t even know about blogs to try and learn a thing or two. Getting to this point wasn´t overnight, but it also didn´t take a lifetime. My first step was taken a little over 3 years ago, followed by very strong growth, and recently it has been climbing, but at a very steady pace.

I enjoy working from home with everything it entails, I wouldn´t change this even if it meant making less $5000 or $6000 per year, but I can assure you that I spend more time on this than anyone working a “normal” job. This is easy money, but it is not easy to earn
